面对复杂的国际法律环境，我国涉外法治工作遭遇了重大挑战。涉外法治人才培养作为涉外法治工作的重要一环，事关我国国家战略需求，也是涉外法治人才队伍永续发展的客观要求。然而，当前我国的涉外法治人才培养供需不平衡，存在一系列的结构性问题，包括在涉外法治人才培养中重视外语培训而忽视法学教育，在法学教育中重视国际法教学却忽视法律基础教育、重视法律规范培训而忽视案例教学和实践运用、重视在校学生教育而忽视在职人员培训。对此，可以通过平衡法学教育和外语培训的关系、在法学教育层面上重视理论法学和除国际法之外的其他部门法知识的教学、适当提升案例教学和实践教学的权重、重视对在职人员的涉外法律培训等途径来完善我国涉外法治人才的培养，从而确保我国涉外法治人才梯队不断壮大，更好地服务于国家的战略需求。

Facing the complicated international legal environment,China's foreign-related rule of law work has encountered major challenges.As an important part of the foreign-related rule of law work,the cultivation of foreign-related rule of law talent is related to China's national strategic needs and is also an objective requirement for the sustainable development of foreign-related rule of law talent. However,there is an imbalance between supply and demand of foreign-related rule of law talent training in China and there are a series of structural problems,including the emphasis on foreign language training but neglecting legal education,the emphasis on international law teaching but neglecting basic legal education,the emphasis on legal standard training but neglecting case teaching and practice application,the emphasis on education for students education but neglecting on-the-job training. In this regard,We can improve the cultivation of China's foreign-related rule of law talent by balancing the relationship between legal education and foreign language training,attaching great importance to the teaching of theoretical of law and legal knowledge of other departments except international law knowledge teaching at the level of legal education,appropriately increasing the weight of case teaching and practice teaching,paying attention to foreign-related legal training of the on-the-job personnel,so as to ensure that the echelon of China's foreignrelated rule of law talent continue to grow and better serve the strategic needs of the country.
